A police cordon is in place near Armley Library

have cordoned off a section of Stocks Hill in Armley from Crab Lane to Wesley Road following a police incident.

Emergency services have responded to the ongoing police incident which happened on Monday morning and a huge cordon remains in place. It's not yet clear what has happened at this time or if anyone has been hurt.reporter Jasmine Norden is live at the scene.
