So this guy thinks he should define the prices his competition charges? What world does he live in? That right there is the attitude of government run services. They live in their own world.

Wonderful! I'm using public transit on a daily basis, and several times a day. And sometimes I'm using a ride-hailing service. Why? Because my bus is delayed or cancelled, or just didn't stop because it's overcrowded. Welcome to the transit reality!
