SINGAPORE: Three family members have been fined sums ranging from S$100,000 to S$150,000 for insider trading offences over the acquisition of DuluxGroup by Nippon Paint.

Shae and his team were tasked to conduct due diligence on paint maker DuluxGroup as part of an acquisition plan. On Apr 7, 2019, Shae shared this information with his sister Shae Hung Yee and her husband Siew Boon Liong.
