Plans were tabled by Michael Hill, from Innovia Films on Station Road, seeking permission to build the proposed 56-square-metre structure at the site

. But, after being reviewed by planning officers, the permission was refused.

It stems from the edge of the A596 to the North and the B5302 to the South. The location of the proposal is central within the site. “The location of the building is shown within the centre of the site and is more than 10m from the boundary. The building forms part of an existing building which has different heights and uses, the building which is to be altered and extended involves raising the height of the existing building by around 4.3m.
