A Blackburn teenager took on the family drug dealing business when his brothers were jailed, a court heard.
Officers caught up with him and checked his mobile phone which suggested it was being used in drugs supply. Ashraf made no comment and was released under investigation, to enable analysis of the phone and the drugs which were recovered. The court heard Amaan Ashraf was also arrested as part of that investigation and found to have a 'graft phone' in his possession, however the prosecution offered no evidence of him having a role in the Immy drugs conspiracy.
