The White House said U.S. small business applications have surpassed 17 million new filings since President Joe Biden took office.
The federal government said earlier this year that average monthly new businesses applications were 440,000 for the first three years of the Biden administration. On Thursday a report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed that U.S. producer prices increased for the 12-month period ending in March by their largest year-over-year hike since April of last year.
