Arguing over the administration’s team that selected the Alexander company, despite acknowledging it’s the best and most reputable construction firm to do the work, is like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Over the years, the firm has donated tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, to city projects, especially to nonprofits.
