The morning show host, 61 and his wife Annie Breckell have been served a petition by HMRC after finding themselves £6,409 in the red after they filed their company's accounts in December last year.

But documents show that the last time it was in the black was in 2016 when it had assets of just £173.Stayt's company Stayt Limited - lists both him and his wife Annie as directors alongside Hogbens Dunphy Secretaries - an accountants and tax consultants based in central LondonThe couple live in a lavish £2.

This was reduced to £74,000 in 2016 but thereafter the accounts for the company make no reference to this 'overdrawn directors' loan account'.
