Investment Bank Moelis Probes Incident After Video of Employee Appearing to Punch WomanThe video, posted on X, shows a man striking a woman, who then falls to the ground. The man, whose jacket is visibly wet, walks away from the scene as he’s criticized by onlookers.“We are aware that one of our employees was involved in a serious incident in Brooklyn on June 8,” Moelis said in a statement sent by email on Monday.

“The NYPD is aware of the video,” the New York Police Department said by email on Monday. “We encourage anyone who has been a victim to file a police report. There are currently no complaint reports on file.
