Supporting papers said: “The diminutive nature of the proposal and proposed operation will again ensure there is no impact on the existing residential amenity of the area through noise, smell, traffic or other such concerns. The expanded studio will not operate early in the morning or late at night ensuring residents are not disturbed. The unit extends to 106sqm and offers an increase in the floor area currently available to the applicant.
