Motorists are asked to avoid the area

. The blaze broke out at a chip shop on Killylea Road at noon and spread to three other businesses and a number of flats in the area.

There are currently four fire appliances and a turntable ladder on the scene with fire crews working to dampen down the blaze.A Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson told Belfast Live: "This is a fire which started in a chip shop. The chip shop was unoccupied when the fire had started."We got the call at 12 noon and have had four appliances and a turntable ladder in attendance from Armagh, Portadown, Lurgan and Dungannon.
