Simbine led the relay team to a second place finish in the final at the Stade de France.

South African 100 metre national record holder, Akani Simbine, has finally won an Olympic medal. The 30-year-old Simbine helped Team South Africa win silver in theSimbine led the four-by-four relay team to a second-place finish in the final at the Stade de France in Paris.
