JOHANNESBURG - Business leaders believe political stability in the Government of National Unity has set a good tone as the public and private sectors take stock of plans to stimulate economic growth.

The country's crumbling infrastructure has often been at the centre of concerns, with the energy and logistics sectors causing the biggest headache for businesses.
