Additionally, the specialist will proactively collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide tailored reporting solutions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet requirements.Regularly audit data and reports for accuracy and consistency.Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of reporting.Develop comprehensive documentation on data sources, reporting standards, and procedures.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.Additional courses and qualifications in data science and management preferred.Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with complex analyses.Minimum of 3 years in a data reporting or analysis role.Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
