The state’s 45th witness in the trial of three Radzuma siblings, accused of killing two SAMWU leaders, will this morning take the stand in the High Court in Thohoyandou sitting in the Waterval Magistrate’s Court outside Louis Trichardt in Limpopo.
The killings are allegedly related to the Vhembe District Municipality’s investment of more than R300 million of public funds in the defuncts are being tried for more than 40 counts, including the killings of Timson Musetsho and Ronald Mani. Musetsho and Mani were vocal against the municipality’s investment.Yesterday, two investigating officers in the matter testified.
Sergeant Mufanadzo Mashila testified on the exhibits she collected at Itsani outside Thohoyandou where Mani was shot and killed.The third sibling, Ndivhuwo, allegedly killed a person of interest in the SAMWU killings, Zwothe Nemulodi.
