GISBH Holdings Sdn Bhd Accused Of Evading Zakat And Business Taxes

: The shortcomings of GISBH Holdings Sdn Bhd are increasingly coming to light, highlighted by the recent revelation that the company has never made any payments for business zakat .

Previously, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain stated that based on cooperation between the police and the Inland Revenue Board, it was discovered that the GISBH network has never paid any business taxes. Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said that he will personally announce the total number of premises, including shelters and religious schools associated with GISBH, on Wednesday.

They are being investigated under Section 31 of the Child Act 2001 and the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2022.
