“No one wants what happened to occur anywhere in their community,” said Ankit “AJ” Patel, owner of the Birmingham Apothecary. “So, it’s unfortunate, and our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families. It’s something that was targeted, from what we understand. And because of that, it obviously has negatively affected all of our businesses in Five Points.
