The new regional office, located at 142 West Platt St., is aimed at one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets, with an emphasis on the multifamily housing sector, and predevelopment and preconstruction services. “We have been increasingly active in Florida, and opening a regional office in Tampa will allow us to better serve our clients and accelerate our growth in this market,” Preston Smith, the company’s vice president of preconstruction services, said. “Chase’s background in multifamily and build-to-rent developments are perfectly aligned with our goals, and we are confident that his leadership will drive continued success in the region.
