A MAN has been killed and two others injured after a 'knifeman' launched a rampage at a busy Sunday market.Despite the best efforts of paramedics, one man was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.The horror is "not being treated as terrorism" and investigations are ongoing, the Metropolitan Police confirmed.
"Officers attended the location along with ambulance colleagues. A man, believed to be aged in his 60s, was arrested at the scene and taken into police custody. Commander Peter Stevens added: “Tragically, a man lost his life this morning, and officers are working hard to establish exactly what happened and to provide support to his family. My thoughts and sincere sympathies are with them, and with the other people injured.
