An 'Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of the active travel aspects' of the scheme can be read online and the DfI states in response that"the sole objective of the Clooney Road scheme is to improve the active travel infrastructure facility between Ballykelly and Greysteel , therefore the total cost of the scheme will be met from the active travel budget".
