Nearly 100 new homes will be built opposite a Cotgrave business park after an application over its appearance was approved by the council. Applicant and developer Taylor Wimpey Ltd first had outline permission granted for a 90-home development on land south of Hollygate Lane, Cotgrave, in December 2023.

The development will have a central road running through it with access from Hollygate Lane in the north and Colston Gate in the south. A new roundabout will be built on Hollygate Lane for access to the north of the site. A residential development of 45 homes by Manor Oak Homes to the west of the site has been granted outline permission, with another section of land to the east being progressed by Barratt David Wilson Homes. The development sits opposite Manvers Business Park.
