See ProduceThe first company to present was See Produce based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Co-Founder & CEO Pandian Rajaram and Co-Founder Priyanka Kumari created an Al-powered quality control and inventory management app for real-time data of fresh produce. The app has the ability to predict sell-by date through temperature-based shelf-life prediction software platform.

Also they are working on the app to be for consumers at home to use for food in their fridge and remind you that food is about to expire. They are currently charging $2,200 per month in a pilot program for grocery stores in Huntsville and they are looking to move from California to Alabama. They hope to bring this pilot program to grocery stores in Dothan and want to start their first pilot program of farm to table in the local school systems.
