A large manufacturing complex in a useful position near a busy M1 junction has been listed on the property market. Estate agent FHP says there are very few significant manufacturing complexes on secure sites around Nottingham, but says the former Filtrona Premises near the nearby IKEA store at Giltbrook Retail Park could be the perfect property for a large business.

Tim Gilbertson, director and FHP, said: "Very few large manufacturing complexes exist in Nottingham as so many have been redeveloped over the years. Therefore I do hope and anticipate that we will have strong interest in this rare visitor to the market.
