Winstar Capital Berhad (Winstar) listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at 45 sen per share, a 40% premium compared to its initial public offering (IPO) price of 35 sen per share. The company successfully raised RM19.79 million from its IPO and plans to allocate the funds for the purchase of new aluminium extrusion machines and equipment for its new manufacturing plant, working capital, and listing expenses.

KUALA LUMPUR: Winstar Capital Berhad membuat penampilan sulung di Pasaran ACE Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pada 45 sen sesaham, premium 40 peratus atau 14 sen berbanding harga tawaran awam permulaan sebanyak 35 sen sesaham.

Pengarah Eksekutif Bukan Bebas dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Winstar, Vincent Chua Boon Hong berkata, pihak peka terhadap peluang yang datang daripada pelbagai projek pembinaan dan hartanah baharu yang akan dilancarkan oleh syarikat pembinaan dan pemaju hartanah Malaysia. Sementara itu, Pengarah Eksekutif dan Ketua Pegawai Operasi, Lee Yong Zhi berkata, Winstar merancang memasang empat lagi talian ekstrusi aluminium dengan kapasiti gabungan sebanyak 8,580 tan setahun.
