The acquisition strengthens Sunway REIT's portfolio as a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Malaysia. Sunway REIT sees potential for growth through lease optimization, proactive management, and asset enhancement initiatives. Located in central Johor, the mall offers excellent connectivity to major cities and serves a population of over 320,000 with potential for 1 million more residents in the region.

PETALING JAYA: Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust telah menyelesaikan pengambilalihan Sunway Kluang Mall yang dahulunya dikenali sebagai Kluang Mall pada 30 Disember 2024.
