On Wednesday, Motsoeneng admitted giving instructions that the former president Jacob Zuma be given more coverage.is expected to conclude his testimony at the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture in Parktown in Johannesburg on Thursday morning.
The Commission will also hear evidence from broadcasting digital migration expert Lawrence Kruger and Acting CEO of Universal Service and Access Agency of South Africa, Dr Mashilo Boloka.
