Nobody I hope. They are a pariah in the community who prey on the poor.....always have been.

That's an industry that can die. The people who earn their living that way are going to have to explore other options.

Wake Up, California! Did you really think you’d have to navigate endless piss streams & piles of junkie feces on your streets! This new law has to be repealed along with those before it that turned so many out on our streets due to the “nonviolent” nature of their “drug crimes!”
