FINANCE Minister Lim Guan Eng should be removed in the coming cabinet reshuffle over his failure to provide sufficient allocation for some projects under the budget, said PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man. Tuan Ibrahim, who is also Kubang Kerian MP, said Lim gave allocation preference to projects in Penang and not important ones such as the halal hub.
