Hastee could use the latest funding to offer a stickier value proposition and help workers better manage their finances:

of employers think that money worries impact the performance at work, 73% of workers said the same. Offering benefits that let workers access their money early in case of an emergency or to pay bills throughout the month can therefore help increase employee satisfaction as well as retention.

Moving forward, Hastee can build on its existing product to offer a stickier value proposition and help workers better manage their finances. Since Hastee works with employers directly, it won't have to use a lot of the new funding on marketing efforts because it doesn't have to make individual users aware of its services.

Instead, it can look to entrench itself further into workers' daily lives by rolling out other products to help them better handle their finances, such as personal finance management tools to help them save money or services that let users invest their spare change to eventually grow their wealth., Business Insider Intelligence's expert product suite tailored for today's decision-makers in the financial services industry, delivered to your inbox 6x a week.
