It's unclear how these rules will apply to non-traditional, influencer campaigns that are becoming increasingly popular with advertisers. This week, the world's biggest media union officially loosened its rules about who can work with union talent. after arguing that elements of the union's previous contracts — like holding fees that actors earned each time ads aired — were cost prohibitive.SAG-AFTRA previously organized strikes and picket lines outside the offices of non-signatories like Droga5 as well as Publicis Groupe's BBH, which tried to withdraw from the commercials contract in 2017.

As originally proposed, the rules would have made it practically impossible for non-signatories to work with SCPs. The recent roll-backs provide a path forward for using them. That said, the manner in which we collaborate with SCPs must evolve to accommodate the new rules.the new rules do not apply when working for clients that are signatories

Banks warn of ‘utter chaos’ in new small business lending programDEVELOPING: As millions of small businesses anxiously await their slices of a $350B relief program, major banks are still awaiting guidance from the Treasury Dept. — and some still haven't even decided whether they will participate. All this could have been avoided if the federal government just sends monthly payments until America is open for business. Why do we have to make things so damn complicated? $2000 per adult $500 per dependent child. It is THAT simple. Mnuchin said banks required higher interest rates to participate. Trump is not a leader. Trump is a moron. I love well thought out plans
