This has to be reciprocal, why would other counties want us on lessor terms when new COVID-19 cases are much higher then them

What's the logic behind quarantined only air travellers when they're flying in from probably safer countries.

Unnecessary and harmful as a blanket measure. Most of Europe at least, is likely to be as safe or safer than the UK.

Leaving quarantine before it's safe could finish off hundreds of thousands of people, no?

And more which will terminate globalization immediately ..
