Issue with that number is it ASSUMES they could keep those jobs or replace them with equal remote jobs. That is our challenge of society, with the loss of stable job continuity, almost no one can afford to live in a small job market. Unless they really like moving!

Many already have started leaving several years ago. It’s going to accelerate now.
