The suit was filed due to the inability of the television company to meet up with the tenancy agreement it entered on May 1, 2017.

The West African Business Platform Ltd., a law firm, has taken possession of the Abuja Headquarters office of Telcom Satellite Ltd. Television due to its inability to pay its rent.

Officers from the Execution Unit of the FCT High Court, including four police officers, were stationed in the premises during the takeover. The law firm had particularly sought the order of the court to declare that the tenancy agreement between the plaintiff and defendants had elapsed by effluxion of time.

The suit also contained an order of the court mandating the defendants to pay to the plaintiff the sum of N20, 833, 333, being the profit from May 1, 2018 to Sept. 2018. It also prayed the court for an order of N10 million against the defendants being the cost of the suit and any other order the court might deem it fit in the circumstances of the suit.

The same TSTV that did us the more you look, the less you see?

Naming their company TSTV made it very clear that they weren't going to succeed.

I wish them well in future endeavors. They tried investing in a country where dreams die and never wake up. They said many content creators suddenly backed out of already concluded deals. They are surely not welcome to the monopoly market where DSTV is the blue whale!

U can have business in Nigeria and compete with foreign companies while the get loan at single digit in Nigeria it is 30% u collect loan u already gone

Just like that?
