Chef Jose Andres, founder of World Central Kitchen, is helping start the Independent Restaurant Coalition - a coalition of restaurants hit hard by virus-linked shutdowns.

He tells Andrea Mitchell about their efforts to put pressure on Congress to provide relief for the millions whose livelihoods depend on the restaurant industry, with Chef Andres saying, "In moments of hardships, we need leadership to step up."
