Six years on, Earthmiles counts the parent firm of health beauty retailer Superdrug, A.S. Watson, among its clients and says it has hundreds of thousands of users in the UK and US. "It took me about a year to analyze it, to think about it … You need to have an idea of how you're going to go about building it while achieving that … You want to convince yourself that this will work and you do that by talking to lots of people," she said.
