All about the pursuit of the almighty dollar. And not a word about everything else this will impact on children’s lives, memories and development.

Rubbish! Many people have less qualifications than me and get paid way more than me. It’s not about education, it’s about what job you do and nepotism.

Or they could redo a year. Don’t see people panicking when Tarquin takes a gap year or kids have to retake exams. Kids are adaptable. Constant Gov bungling of lockdowns, poor track-n-trace and not following science is causing real damage to families. Especially 120K of them.

Oh come on. There is no way to know this. Also - maybe we should stop measuring the value of a life by 'earnings'.

What could of happened to all that money?

Am I missing something? Children future lost income? How about keeping them safe for now? Ensuring they don't have long covid? What is the rush in getting them to join the unemployment queue or making them go to Uni so that they are in debt forever more?
