I worked in finance for 15 yrs - 10 women were hired for every 2 men (like CNBC for past 20 yrs) per year and women were promoted 3 times more than men - men had not voice and women were mentored by men and women but men were ignored or laid off = reality check fools SquawkCNBC

Great Op-ed! Shared it with my college sophomore daughter who will be interning at a major 'bank' this summer on Wall Street. Ironically, she has been contacted by numerous WS+ firms asking her to intern with them, incl. in London, San Francisco and others. Years of hard work!

People need a little more good news now.
