[+]Chevron Technology Ventures , the venture capital arm of Chevron, and Moreld Ocean Wind, a unit of Norwegian industrial firm Moreld AS, agreed to invest in the floating offshore wind turbine technology of Oakland, Calif.-based tech firm Ocergy Inc.
