2/2.. win2.. more revenue to gov, less exposing already smokers to contraband that not sure how they made cheap cigarettes.. and prevent young ones access to cigarettes.. if 'premium' brand is cheap enough, hardcore will dump cheap one and buy taxed ones..

i have an idea.. reduced taxed tobacco product.. reduced the price to say rm8/box.. but only premises such as 7e, supermarkets with cctv are allowed to sell.. increase the buying age to 21.. strict enforcement.. u can't stop smokers.. but make it difficult for new ones.. (1/2)
