'I feel like committing suicide because my livelihood has been taken away from me. I was sitting crying, helpless because I can't do anything.'

After losing 53 cars during xenophobic attacks in SA in 2019, Johannesburg car dealership owner Okey Uchendu never thought he would see his business destroyed again by civil unrest in less than two years.

Lawless country with dangerous animals

This is more than cruelty

💔💔

💔💔💔😭😭

Somehow govt must do something for him.

🥺

If they had drove away the cars instead of burning them including looting while firing up, these actions contains severe repercussions for wokers, businesses and economy.

💔💔💔

My heart goes out to his business owner. I cannot begin to imagine the pain he's in. It might look like it will never get better but I know it will.💔💔😭
