Nonkululeko Gobodo says when women get married, the priorities of caring for a family weigh heavily on them. The 2021 PwC report on remuneration trends shows that only 13% of South Africa's executive directors are women, including CEOs and CFOs. In absolute numbers, that, it's just 81 women.
