Businesses are awaiting more details in a formal rule that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration plans to issue in coming weeks.

The new mandates will cover about 100 million workers, or two-thirds of all workers in the U.S., administration officials said. Businesses with hourly employees who are covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act likely will have to pay those employees for the time they spend getting tested, lawyers said.
Company policy and law shouldn't be mixed up. This is being pushed extremely fast. More evidence about certain unknown variables are needed before businesses follow through with these regulations. Profits seem to be the only factor currently. American choice has been negated
