Retailers want details of how the road map’s vaccine mandates can be enforced, while publicans are ‘gutted’ by how long it will take to reopen. noeltowell covid19 coronavirus lockdown

“The government wants a vaccination model. If people can get to a pub once they’re jabbed, it will help the government achieve their goals.”

Any requirement for venues to police the vaccination status of their customers was likely to be tricky, Mr Tissa told“The policing of it is going to be very difficult. I’m not sure what the requirements will be for the proprietors of venues like myself for example. Whether that means our staff will need to check the validity of people’s vaccination passports.”

Mark O’Reilly, owner of Platform 28 in Docklands and the Glenferrie Hotel in Docklands said he too was disappointed with the Premier’s announcements. “Front-line retail staff have unfortunately been the victims of increased customer aggression as a result of the QR code and mask mandates, and while these instances are in the minority, asking for a customer’s vaccination history will certainly elevate this concern,” Mr Zahra said.

noeltowell In saving the Hospital system we are going to destroy the Judicial system, the amount of arrests I see coming over the great ‘unvaccinated’ scurge is frightening. You just cannot discriminate on vaccinations ffs.

noeltowell Vaccine passport isn’t going to work, who’s gonna police them when business resume? It’s not the staff duty to get abuse by anti vaxxers, police aren’t going to stand at every corner to ask for vaccine records, I’m curious too exactly how this implementation gonna work.

noeltowell I like to know also, & why is it only selected businesses, & if it’s not mandatory to be vaccinated working in the retail/hospitality industry why is it that only the customer is to be vaccinated…

noeltowell endthelockdownnow !

noeltowell yeah mass deaths are super good for business
