"Prices are expected to … fall again as lost capacity is replaced by a combination of solar, wind, gas and batteries," Ms Collyer said. "This is in addition to 4,130MW of new rooftop solar PV [photovoltaic] capacity, which will also influence prices by lowering demand and through exports."South-east Queensland is predicted to see the biggest price drop, with annual bills falling by 10 per cent by 2024, to reach their lowest level in more than a decade.

no it doesnt IS SAYS PRICES WILL GO UP... then some time in the future if the fed government stops blocking renewables feeding into grid/builds transmission lines to the solar farms they said would have transmission lines that govs never built, THEN & only then it might come down
