Investors and governments have been mounting pressure on energy companies to fight climate change, worsened by carbon emissions from fossil fuels. In March, a hedge fund forced Exxon to add new board members who could help it confront the issue better. Exxon said the deal, the financial details of which it refused to disclose, will allow it to purchase as much as 3 million barrels of Biojet's biofuels per year. BIOFUELS ARE NOT LOW CARBON. It's propaganda that they hope people are gullible enough to swallow. It preserves most of their existing technology and their dominance in the markets.

'clean energy push (off to the side so we can sell oil)'

I don’t understand why coal can’t be broken down to creat fuel for all needs. Vaporize it or remove the carbon in it for use

Biofuels are not low carbon. Either they're assholes for thinking we're that gullible, or we're that gullible and not long for this world. We'll know which is the case soon enough.
