Chief Justice nominee Mandisa Maya has been recommended to become the next Chiefs Justice.

The deliberation started at 9am on Saturday morning, following marathon interviews with the four judges tipped for the position.by the Judicial Services Commission for the position of the country’s top judge, She reflected on the under-representation of women at all levels of the judiciary and says the quality of future judges is dependent on giving them exposure currently.

She told the JSC that some of the few reported cases of sexual harassment were not receiving the necessary attention.

Should he not choose Mpofu's preferred candidate then CR would be irrational🤔🤔🤔

If any of those judges are fit in their current positions then are holding, then the president doesn't have to explain his rational. It comes with no question that his decision is rational.
