Can they reverse park, do trains reverse park?
Tbh, I’d much rather my train arrive on time, without cancellations and poor commuting services. Especially after the ridiculous fee I pay with constant, steep yearly rises.
Stupid idea as they won’t be able to work evenings as they need to be home to cook their husbands tea!!

Some jobs appeal more to men. Boys, in my experience, want to drive trains. I wanted to build a fleet of spaceships and rule the galaxy with my all-female armies.

I agree. Women tend to be more agreeable, so there will be less disruption from strikes if there are more women driving trains.

What Southeastern should strive for is the “best” train drivers... The sex of the driver should not come into it.
Couldn't we just have more drivers and choose who gets the job on merit? Seems kinda discriminatory to only ask for females. What would the reaction to only white people were able apply for the job.
They should focus on running the trains to the timetable rather than virtuesignalling
A 'train' for a woman usually has a different, not pleasant, connotation- at least in the states..Perhaps recruit for the railroad.. - Southeastern wants more women train drivers
