Where are insurance Cos and car makers in all this? Is this good for i9nsur,. so they can rise the rates. Car makers sell more... Why not put up a huge reward for every thief caught. Say 100K or more. In no time they wd be snitched on. Like bounty on them; live or not.

Who's buying the cars? ... The cops know where the cars are going and who's putting up the money and where they're being shipped out of and to where. ... These cars aren't ending up on Craigslist.
