The construction of a farm-to-market road and a bridge envisioned to benefit the Bayambang onion planters and other farmers in their farming would soon start.

BAYAMBANG, Pangasinan – The ground breaking ceremony for the projects is set at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 4, at San Gabriel ll Elementary school.The opening remarks will be delivered by no less than Hon. Mayor Nina Jose-Quiambao in what could be her first public appearance since she was sworn into office as the first female mayor in the town.

The Department of Agriculture said that the Improvement of San Gabriel II with Bridge is the very first proposal of the Bayambang, Pangasinan under the PRDP. It was proposed to support the production and marketing of onions which are among the priority commodities of the Ilocos Region under the project.
