The decision relates to an alleged case of sexual assault opened against the minister by a complainant on August 11 at Skukuza police station.
The charges relate to an incident alleged to have occurred on August 9 at a hotel in Skukuza, said Monica Nyuswa, National Prosecuting Authority regional spokesperson. “The decision follows a thorough assessment of all available evidence and after consultations with the complainant who expressly did not wish to proceed with the case despite being offered all the necessary support available to complainants in cases of this nature,” said Nyuswa.
The NPA said it remained steadfast in vigorously prosecuting sexual offence cases and gender-based violence.
Knowing that my investment is in safe hands got me excited. I made that possible with her excellent trading technique. I invested R10 000. as capital and in a few days I got a return of R210 000. Her transparency, reliability and diligence is undeniable.Deirdremerson
Bloody joke
It was always going to be a tall order for her whether or not the deed was done. Now let it go
now we will see Mpofu pick up a certificate
Welcomed decision by DPP( MP) Adv.N Kanyane.🙏🙏🙏🙏
GBV supported by the NPA in South Africa.
Of course nothing will happen. ANC Ministers must always be protected. Could it be that a substantial amount of money was probably offered so that the case does not go any further? Gender based violence no longer matters when money is involved.
Mhlawumbe usekhokhelwe isizumbulu ukuze esule icala.
And expect when they are finally ousted... The trend of nepotism ends with them... The traces leave long after they are all gone... It's a blueprint... Ppl will escape with murder in future
NPA_Prosecutes shame on u
The man is above the law we are doomed as a country.
This is very strange, that a subordinate has been mentioned & the master spared. In SA there's only one NPA, therefore, in every null prosecution the Head of NPA who approves decisions must be mentioned and accountable.
Guess this all ended in a happy ending after all 👀
Privileged people go around abusing women and nothing happens to them. Imagine if this was Magashule_Ace
It was cele then this yah neh ANC
Even Zuma got his day in jail where he was acquite. New dawn is a very strange era. Definitely not what y'all thought it would be.
SikhumbuzoNgiba The laws in SA are only applicable to Zuma and all those who are close to him and support him 🤷🏾♀️ that’s how it is! If you are on Cyril’s payroll the same law doesn’t apply 😂😂😂 where are the clever blacks with the “no one is above the law” 🙄
Why hasn’t Arthur charged him? Or the rooi pette for that matter? What’s good for the goose…
He must talk to court and clean himself
What was there to prosecute in the first place 🤷🏾♂️Minister can now go on with his job
As expected
I wonder why she did not want to proceed with the case? 🤔🤔
As predicted
We knew
Makorokoto2 It’s the right decision, the entire story was made up by the EFF cult. More will be revealed later. Julius Malema is a curse to South Africa and it’s people
“The decision follows a thorough assessment of all available evidence and after consultations with the complainant who expressly did not wish to proceed with the case despite being offered all the necessary support available to complainants in cases of this nature,” said Nyuswa
Check Nkebe’s bank accounts and those of her relatives. Also check her mattresses
